Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to declare the result of class 10th and 12th examination 2025 this week, more than 42 lakh students are waiting for this result, the result will be released on the official website cbse.gov.in result.cbse.nic.in as well as through Digilocker (digilocker.gov.in), Umang App.

CBSE 10th/12th result 2025:-CBSE Class 10th & 12th Result Students can download their mark sheet by using their roll number, date of birth, admit card ID and the given security password. Class 10 exams were conducted from 15th February to 18th March while class 12th exams ended on 4th April. This year, 24.12 lakh students appeared for class 10th and 17.88 lakh students appeared for class 12th which is the largest ever single batch.

CBSE 10th/12th result 2025:-CBSE has decided to start dual board exams for all candidates from 2026 – this is only for class 10th right now. With the dual board exam model, students can give board exams twice a year and the one with better score can be considered as final. Students who are satisfied with their first attempt can skip the second stage, and those who are not satisfied with the first stage can give the board exam for the second time and consider it as final. So this model will prove to be very beneficial for the students.

What is DigiLocker Access Code ?

Each student is given a unique digital access code by the school which acts as a security key to activate their DigiLocker account. With the help of this code, students can access their academic records and download all academic certificates, mark sheets etc.

Simple rule for students to activate DigiLocker account.

• First of all, students should visit cbseservice.digilocker.gov.in.
• Students should enter the 6 digit access code given by the school and proceed further (if the code is 5 digits, then add a zero before it and proceed further).
• Verify your details and provide your mobile number and verify your account by entering the OTP.
• After account verification, your DigiLocker account will be activated.
• After CBSE Class 10th and Class 12th results are declared, students can view their digital mark sheets, certificates and other documents from their DigiLocker account by entering their access code.

When will the CBSE Class 10th and 12th result be declared?

Till now the official date for releasing the class 10th and 12th result has not been released by CBSE, however, according to previous years, the CBSE 10th and 12th class result was declared in the second week of May. Therefore, there is every possibility of CBSE Class 10th and 12th Result 2025 being released in the second week of May 2025.
